Long time no type, eh? Well I just finished up my second year of college, and I shall be driving back home tomorrow from Georgia to Mississippi. A 9-hour drive-- with three kittens I rescued Teddy, Flo-Jo, and Luthia. Wish me luck on this drive!

I also am creating a more 'rofessional' Deviant account under the user name SelcouthKat. I will start deleting deviations from this account and onto that one over the summer (and uploading recent projects from classes). I will save my NyaKitty account for fan drawings, silly things and whatnot.

All right, well I am a happy person as of 11am Saturday because that means no more summer classes. No more math, ever....it is truly glorious. I will be doing back flips down the university street and pull a muscle while doing so, but still be the happiest person that morning.

Anywho, no more classes means more time to drawing and whatnot! What I really want to do is make cat figures out of Styrofoam, sculpy, and paint for people. I will upload a picture and what they look like, and any feedback would be great :]

So where have I been for the past six months? School, and my excuse is that this past quarter has been pretty rough - the workload was rather...lung-busting. However! I did learn a lot this past several months at college, and it has whipped me into shape and will continue to do so for the next three years, so I say, "Bring it!"

I returned home just a few days ago here in Mississippi, and am taking summer classes at my local college to get as many basic credits as I can out of the way, but I will continue to keep up with DA as much as I can. Also, sorry to all my DA friends that I basically just fell off of the face of the earth for a while, but as I said, I will attempt and update more. That being said, I do not have internet at my house and have to go to a local cafe to get internet, so my response to things may be up to a day late and most likely more. It's either that or use my dad's laptop which just had a SIM chip in it and sometimes takes several minute to load a page- er, I don't have enough patience for that, haha

I would also want to start some commissions :3 Soon I will be posting some of my art work from my classes, and so you can see what you might like. As I'm sure most of you know also, I do a lot of cats, and that is what I do the fastest and enjoy the most, so just contact me if you are interested.

All right, I finally have time to write an update, and I'll just say it now, the next one probably isn't going to be for a loooong time -_-;

School starts back Jan. 7th, and I will leave the state probably the 4th or 5th, so that means after that point, I won't be getting on nearly as much, believe me, homework usually takes up the majority of my time.

The next break is in March during the week/weekend of St. Patty's, but it only is one week between these two quarters, and I'll be staying in Savannah, GA and not coming home, so I'll try and squeeze in there what I can.

***Which also means, my deviations AND messages will very much build up again, so when I do respond, ignore the fact that it is months late ***

Then again, I WILL be taking pictures of my classwork. I was going to this previous, but I waited and told myself I will until I get home...then pretty much all my 3-D stuff fell apart from the move. Believe me, hot glue will only last for so long! o_o

I also want to ask any digital artist out there, how long do you usually spend on a piece? You don't understand how bad I want to start digital art, but I get so annoyed with that, that....PEN tool o_o And I've done traditional pretty much the whole time, and I have an upcoming class that is ALL on computers, wish me luck I don't explode off the planet or something at some point.

But I'm ready for Christmas! I have all my cards made and sent, and as far as I know, I have a gift for everyone too!

And not to mention my bday to follow on the 29th!!! xD Oh god, 19 already? Next time I won't be a teenager any more! -twitch- Haha, but my inner-child is not getting any older, bring on more cartoon-watching, Poke'mon collecting, and being the only one in the family who wanted to go see Bee Movie! >.>
